Last week, Joy performed solo at Fingerprints Records in Long Beach for their Bob Dylan CD listening party. Along with a group of talented Long Beach singer-songwriters, which included Jenny Stockdale, Alyssandra Nighswonger, and Mary McKeever, Joy performed her rendition of “Knockin on Heavens Door” on vocals and harp. Joy joked that she wore a headband in honor of Axel Rose who performed one of the most famous versions of the song.
